Very quiet and fits in the full-size ATX case just fine, though there's not a whole lot of extra room in the length since the PSU is in the front of the case (and is bigger than the stock PSU). Using it in an HTPC build and I was concerned about using a bigger card with a fan (instead of passive cooling).however, can't even hear the fan.
